2-An empty plate after eating a great dinner.
3-Time to empty my thoughts out while running this morning!
It is strange because when one thing is empty something is filled in its place. no more dirty clothes, Lots of clean ones. No more food, Full tummy. Less thoughts of my worries, more of God's heart
